At Luke & Charlotte Vancouver, we strive to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. This Return Policy explains the conditions and process clearly.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

  • Trying on an item to check fit is permitted; wearing the item is not.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@lukecharlottevancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, and provided it meets all return conditions, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

  • The refund will be made using the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Liability

Please note the following:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
